We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using premium carriers to ensure your fashion items arrive in perfect condition.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every purchase from our curated collections of women’s fashion and lifestyle products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns process.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Jewellery (unless faulty)
- Hats (unless faulty)
- Candles & diffusers (unless faulty)
- Intimate apparel (basics, joggers & leggings, loungewear) without intact hygiene seals
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return:

Use subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” and include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization:
We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Items:
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
- Ship Your Return:

Exchanges Process
Follow the same steps as returns, clearly stating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying:
- The item(s) you wish to exchange
- The replacement item(s) you’d like (including size/color)
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the UK:
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Include all original documentation
- We cannot refund original shipping costs or any customs/duties paid
