At Lady Fashion Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium fashion items. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewellery, hats, and candles & diffusers unless they are faulty. All intimate apparel (basics, joggers & leggings, loungewear) must have hygiene seals intact to be eligible for return.

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” and include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges Process

Follow the same steps as the returns process, clearly stating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying:

  • The item(s) you wish to exchange
  • The replacement item(s) you’d like (including size/color if applicable)

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)

International Returns

Customers returning items from outside the UK:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Include all original documentation
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs or any customs/duties paid

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
