Delivery Information

What delivery options are available?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  • Express Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with 1-2 day processing and 10-15 day delivery after dispatch. Includes real-time tracking – perfect for time-sensitive purchases.
  • Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £50, delivered via EMS with 1-2 day processing and 15-25 day delivery after dispatch. Tracking number provided.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship to most international destinations from our Belfast headquarters. Currently, we’re unable to deliver to some remote areas in Asia and selected regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm delivery availability to your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions. For Express Shipping, you can track in real-time via DHL or FedEx’s website. For Standard Shipping, use your tracking number on the EMS website.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order once your return is processed. This ensures you get the items you want as quickly as possible.
